A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 25% of the total amount.
The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event date.
Cancellations made 1 week before the event will receive a 25% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made after this period will result in no refund.
Any changes to the event date, location, or requirements must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance.
Additional costs may apply for changes.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics).
Vendor services (such as catering, photography) are subject to their own terms.
The client must provide accurate event details and ensure all necessary permissions (venue permits, licenses) are arranged.
The client is responsible for the safety of any personal belongings at the event.
